1. Consultation & Preparation

2. TPI Therapy Procedure

The procedure itself is quick and follows international protocols. You may feel immediate relief. We work on the cause of the pain—the muscle spasm.

3. After Treatment

Rest for the first 2 hours. Moderate activity for the next 2 days. It's best to postpone sports training. Do not remove the patches (tapes) without my notice. Drink plenty of water.
